What brought the fire...(Part 2)

The Dollmaker,
The creator of that monstrosity,
Was killing Wonderland,
Leaving Alice full of fury.

The vorpal blade,
Served her quite well,
One by one,
Her enemies fell.

The journey,
Through the corruption and ruin,
Gave her strength,
Enough to face him.

The cause of her madness,
The cause of the fire,
Off with his head!
Death to the liar!

Back in London,
Where the Jabberwock was none,
Where nobody spoke of cabbages and kings,
Did Alice break into a run.

Off to the Dollmaker!
Who makes children forget,
A mere toy they've become,
Where they're sold to pedophiles at the highest bet.

The Looking Glass Line,
Was now set in motion,
Hear its steam,
Hear its commotion.

She pushed him,
Yes, she did!
Right in front of the train, it was!
Hope he didn't survive! God forbid!

How strange everything is now,
A hybrid of London and Wonderland,
Her memories though damaged are safe,
Here in Londerland.

Tsk,tsk, Alice,
The damage can't be undone,
Your as mad as a hatter,
But all the best people are, hun.

Her

I hate to see her smile,
Her laugh could break glass,
She's always getting on my nerves,
God knows how long this'll last.

Watching me,
From the corner of her eye,
Content from my jealous rage,
With intentions oh so sly.

I hate her,
For taking what's important to me,
Her and her forceful ways,
Why can't she let me be?!

The war is on,
That's long been known,
The question is, who won?
Our true colors have shown.

Fight or flight?
Is now the question proposed,
Is it too late?
To save a wilted rose?

Pick your fights wisely,
I've heard time and time again,
But I have no choice,
But to venture inside the devil's den.

My Replacement

Hilarious, isn't she?
Optimistic and great.
Not a downer or a burden,
I tried to change, but its too late.

She had taken my place,
Don't say I didn't try,
I did all i could to prevent it,
But I lost grip as time went by.

Forget about me,
Make room for her,
You'll do so anyway,
It'll be all a blur.

I won't intrude,
I won't say a thing,
I'll be well behaved,
Even to the annoyance she brings.

The behavior of a child,
An active kleptomaniac,
To think you picked her,
Makes you a total brainiac.

God bless you,
And your most interesting choice,
I don't want to leave,
But i no longer have a voice.

I wish you well,
Be on your way,
But if she ever hurts you,
She'll have hell to pay!

16

What's so special,
About turning a year older?
Your problems are still there,
All you did was grow a little bolder.

What's so sweet about turning 16?
Your responsibilities bury you alive,
Put on them fake smiles, girls,
You'll need em to survive.

Presents and gifts,
Are they what you're waiting for?
Cars and perfumes,
New clothes galore,

Well sorry to burst your bubble,
Life isn't all spotlights and gems,
For those whom live in poverty,
Dreams are but famous brands.

I'm not calling them shallow,
Or calling myself deep,
Its just that I don't see the point,
Of calling others cheap.

So think before you act,
Before someone's really hurt,
Before you sink to that level,
The same with common dirt.

Oh well...

It makes my eyelids heavy,
This waiting game I play,
Death where are you, come find me,
Seems a blasphemous thing to say.

What's done is done,
Theres no going back,
So many regrets,
Its easy to lose track.

What matter's to you?
What matters in life?
Is it worth the trouble?
Is it worth the strife?

A matter of perspective,
Thats what they all say,
It might lead you to justice,
Or lead you astray.

Well some are born lucky,
Some are not,
Some have to work all their lives,
While others wait for it to be bought.

Whatever it is,
Be it luck or fate,
Its up to you to change it,
Before its too late.

My Candyland

Bite off their heads,
Before they attack,
Gummy bears of all colors,
Break those hearts of black.

Jellies and tarts,
Poisons and traps,
Beware of the Candyman,
He still wears his old straitjacket straps.

This weird and enchanting world,
A fantasy turned foul,
Where nothing is as it seems,
Where carnivorous taffy vines do prowl.

He makes molten hot chocolate acid,
Rain from candycane skies,
Dissolving stone paths,
Ignoring human cries,

Snakes of red and green,
Seek and destroy,
Till there's nothing left,
They go searching for a new toy.

Onward my creations,
He cackles in glee,
Seeing how many lives he's destroyed,
Makes him oh so happy.

Surrender

The lost of something you never had,
Can you still feel its pain?
That feeling, when you have nothing left,
Oh, how sweet the sound of the mourning rain.

Worthlessness, it burns in my mind,
Those foul words run deep,
When you can't please the world,
When you're dreams are all asleep.

Asleep or in a coma?
Will they ever wake up again?
Are they dead beyond revival?
Or have your hopes been slain?

Is there any use in trying anymore?
When you know you are going to fail?
I no longer have the strength,
All i can do, is tell my tale.

Sweet Lullaby

My nostalgic melody,
The sweet pain of the past,
Back when all was right,
But nothing was meant to last.

My symphony of sorrow,
Of which tears do accompany,
The steady flow of memories,
Passes by continuously.

My most painful rhapsody,
Plays ever so slowly,
Note by note it taunts me,
Yet i can't do anything to stop it.

My everlasting concerto,
Hand in hand, away we twirled,
Griped me tight with ice cold hands,
Swaying to the curses of the world.

My haunted sonata,
Nightmares come to life,
Reminding me of my past deeds,
Bringing with it, the sharpest knife.

My last serenade,
The song without words,
Where one fades into the light,
While clinging on to life's last chords.
