My Candyland

Bite off their heads,
Before they attack,
Gummy bears of all colors,
Break those hearts of black.

Jellies and tarts,
Poisons and traps,
Beware of the Candyman,
He still wears his old straitjacket straps.

This weird and enchanting world,
A fantasy turned foul,
Where nothing is as it seems,
Where carnivorous taffy vines do prowl.

He makes molten hot chocolate acid,
Rain from candycane skies,
Dissolving stone paths,
Ignoring human cries,

Snakes of red and green,
Seek and destroy,
Till there's nothing left,
They go searching for a new toy.

Onward my creations,
He cackles in glee,
Seeing how many lives he's destroyed,
Makes him oh so happy.
